The entrance fee is payable by Ordinary Members once only, on loining the Society. An Ordinary member thus pays Rs 200 to join the Society for the first year and Rs 200 per year thereafter.
Members are entitled to vote and stand for election to the Committee in accordance with the rules. They will receive the newsletter 'Diodon' free and other Society publications at a reduced cost; invitations to regular lectures, films and social events. Finally, they will contribute to an organization which lobbies against the ever increasing threads to the main environment.
